Trip Please: Philadelphia

Well not really...this trip isn't for me. It is for you. While I will not pick the flights for you, I do not know your schedule, and this is hypothetical. I can at least help you find the things to do when you are there.
If you need tips for flights and housing, my personal tips will come at a later time. For anything that required a plane my PERSONAL rule of thumb- is no more than $750 for Domestic and $1500 for International. So with that being said (well written), allow me to introduce you to Trip Please. I will scour the internet and compose a list of some of the things I have found to do in a city. That way when somebody asks "What is there to do in XYZ" you can be ready. First up is Philly. For a city that is so popular people seem to be stuck on finding activities: no worries, your favorite travel cousin is here to help. Check out some of the suggestions below.

Food: While some of these restaurants may offer brunch, I can't truly recommend the best brunch spots, not all brunches are the same. I would suggest hopping on Eventbrite and cross-referencing on IG for brunch.
  • 48th Street Grille

  • All The Way Live (Vegan)

  • Baby Buns

  • Sweet T’s Bakery

  • Cray Taste

  • Sooo Trucking Delicious

  • Booker’s Restaurant

  • Darnel's

  • Chef Reeky’s Cafe & Juice Bar

  • Amalgam Comics & Coffeehouse,

  • SOUTH Kitchen & Jazz Bar

  • The New Barber's Hall Restaurant & Lounge

Activities

  • Check Fever Up for special events like: Candlelight concerts, Dining in the Dark

  • Museum of Illusions

  • Banksy Exhibit

  • Historical Tours (Check Viator)

  • If you have a car, visit King Of Prussia Mall. It is the largest shopping mall in Pennsylvania and the third-largest shopping mall in the United States

  • Enjoy an authentic Philly cheesesteak

  • Visit 27-year-old Reading Terminal Market: One of America's oldest farmers markets.

  • Things you have seen on Social Media that you want to do.

  • Things listed on: https://www.visitphilly.com/things-to-do/

While this list is not comprehensive, or remotely lengthy, and social media is truly your best friend when trip planning: this is a start. Take a TRIP PLEASE, and use this blog as a guide. Even if you choose to do nothing on this list. The goal is to go.
